- Hire and oversee store attendants (pramuniaga)
- Handle daily reports, monthly reports, and financial reconciliations
- Prepare all requirements for the food carts to operate successfully
- Supervise outlet operations in designated areas
- Ensure product quality, service, and operational standards run smoothly
- Search for and survey potential locations
- Build good relationships with relevant parties (location owners, vendors, communities, etc.)
- Create plans for outlet development, evaluation, and expansion
- Report progress and challenges to the head office
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Female or Male, aged 25 to 45 years old
- Domiciled in Surabaya or surrounding areas
- Owns private transportation
- Possesses good networking connections (preferred)
- Strong leadership qualities (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experienced in F&B or Retail (preferred)
- Accustomed to working with targets
- Communicative, assertive, and possesses strong problem-solving skills
- Ready for fieldwork and mobile work
- High integrity and sense of responsibility
